Call Press Release for the International Conference of the project “Digital Civic Participation v2.0 (DCP v2.0)” – 2 December 2022, Athens

The Institute of Research & Training on European Affairs – I.R.T.E.A. implements the project “Digital Civic Participation v2.0 (DCP v2.0)” funded by the Programme Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values of the European Union (CERV-2021-CITIZENS-TOWN).

DCP v2.0 project aims at identifying and analyzing of digital democratic participation tools used in the European Union member states and at developing a useful manual on how and on which cases they can be used. The goal of this manual is to be easily used by everyone in order to broaden the use of digital tools in the processes of decision making at a local level and wider!

Within the framework of this Project, on the 2nd of December 2022, an International Conference of 4 hours will be implemented with 55 participants from 5 countries (Italy, Poland, Romania, Lithuania
and Greece) in order to identify, map and analyze the digital tools used in the member states
of the EUropean Union and the development of a useful manual on how and on which cases they can be used.

I.R.T.E.A. seeks 30 young people, or youth workers interested in developing their social and
communication skills, learn more and develop their expertise and competencies on digital democracy and the relevant digital tools of participation to take part in this activity of the project.
